Happy Birthday Gunnar!

Gunnar is 4 today!  Can you believe it?  I can't!  Neither can he really. He woke up excited and declared he is bigger today.  In fact he says he feels like he's as big as four and a half and he's already planning his fifth birthday party.  

This boy was in a hurry to come into this world four years ago but these days he rarely gets moving too quickly.  He is a fun loving, curious creature that typically gets distracted when something like putting on shoes is the task at hand.  Gunnar has grown so much this last year and has become more independent and rarely lacks confidence.  He has the ability to be hilariously funny and super sweet and he knows he's got my number and can make me laugh when I'm mad at him.  And if you want to feel like a million bucks when a child opens your present, give that present to Gunnar.  No matter the gift his enthusiasm is adorable!  This kid is definitely going to do big things.

Today was low key with presents, playing and a movie in the backyard.  The big dinosaur party with friends will happen next week so more pictures to come!
