First Day of School 2019

The boys are back to school today!  First grade and third grade never looked so good.  They were excited to be back at school and with friends.  Zach goes into the building at a different entrance now so he is ready to ditch us at the corner and make his way to the bigger kid entrance.  I guess he is on his way to being “cool” now.

Last Little Leaves the Nest

Today Hazel started preschool.  We are so excited to see her grow and learn!  She has the same teacher Gunnar had a couple of years ago and I’m sure she will make friends fast.  Hazel gave us really great goodbye hugs and cautiously walked into her classroom.  By the time pick-up rolls around she will probably be ruling the roost.

Last Bit of Summer

Well here is our last bit is summer fun that we managed to squeeze in over the last few weeks.  Hazel starts preschool tomorrow.  Eek!

July fun!

I’ve been trying to post this via my phone for a few weeks now so the info is a little late to the game but I wanted to still get it up on the blog.  Here is our July!

July is always a fun month for us.  I feel like by July we have found our summer groove and this year was no different.  We marched with the Boy Scouts in our 4th of July parade, went camping for the first time as a family, and traveled to Kentucky to meet my parents for Boppa Bill’s 70th birthday.  Just a few more weeks of summer to take in!!
