Progress...

Hey!  We are making progress on Zach crawling.  He isn't quite there yet but in the past 2 days he has figured out how to move around rather quickly with an interesting variation of the army crawl.  He must be a wounded soldier because he keeps his left leg bent with foot in the air while his right leg does all the work.  Oddly enough I noticed today that he actually uses his left leg to spin him around when he wants to change directions.

Little Helper

One day Zach will have chores however he is a bit small for that now.  He is more entertaining than helpful but he seems to want to dig in when we are trying to get things done around the house.

Kitchen Cleaner

Anyone need their kitchen floor cleaned?  I've got just the boy to do it!  All we need to do is stick a swiffer sheet to his bottom and off he'll go!  He would probably even slide better.  One of my friends thinks Swiffer should come out with baby clothes.  Ha!  Just imagine how clean the floors would be then!

So Big! - 9 months

Zach is 9 months old today!  He seems so big.  9 months just seems like more of a milestone to me than 6 months did.  I don't know why.  He has his 9 month check up in a couple of weeks so I tried to weigh him with our bathroom scale and he is coming in at 24 lbs.  Sounds big but I actually thought it would be more. 

Ball of Laughter

This $5 ball was one of the best purchases I've made recently.  Zach loves it!  This video is a little dark but I think you can still see and hear him pretty well.

Paper is so much fun!

Who knew paper could provide so much entertainment?

We've got a scooter!

Zach can't crawl yet but he gets around just fine.
